II II Penicillium citrinum ( 桔青霉 )、 Penicillium chrysogenum ( 产黄青霉 )、 Penicillium oxalicum ( 草 酸 青 霉 )、 Penicillium mallochii 、 Penicillium chermesinum(鲜红青霉)、Penicillium meleagrinum(斑点青霉)、Penicillium brocae;拟青霉属1种:Paecilomyces varioti(宛氏拟青霉);散囊菌属1种: Eurotium amstelodami(阿姆斯特丹散囊菌);酵母1种:Stephanoascus ciferrii (西弗射盾子囊霉)。其中Sclerotium aspergillus(菌核曲霉),Penicillium chermesinum(鲜红青霉),Paecilomyces varioti(宛氏拟青霉),Penicillium meleagrinum(斑点青霉),Penicillium brocae 5种真菌是首次从黑茶中分离 鉴定得到。 高通量测序技术得出六堡茶中的优势菌主要为 Ascomycota(子囊菌门) Eurotiomycetes(散囊菌纲)Eurotiales(散囊菌目)Trichocomaceae(发菌 科)真菌,在属水平上以 Aspergillus(曲霉属)和 Eurotium(散囊菌属)为 优势菌属,以青霉属和酵母为次要菌属。结合传统分离鉴定技术也从 14 个 茶样中分离得到了以上 4 个属的真菌,并在种水平上对其进行了鉴定,这 为六堡茶中优势菌群的进一步研究利用奠定了基础。 关键词:六堡茶 真菌 鉴定 高通量测序 III III FUNGAL COMMUNITY ANALYSIS OF LIUPAO TEA ABSTRACT LiuPao tea is a dark tea manufactured in the Guangxi province, it is believed to have digestive and anti-obesity effect. As a kind of fermented tea, microbial fermentation is not only involved in the processing of the tea , but also has important influence on its special quality and function in health care. But studies on the microbes of LiuPao tea are less and not deep enough so far, its microflora is unclear. This study investigated the fungal colonizations exisiting in LiuPao tea which produced in three factories, in order to fully understand its fungal diversity, identify the predominant fungi to provide theory support for LiuPao teas quality, safety and deep development in the future.The research results are as follows: The fungal diversity and community structure in four LiuPao tea samples were studied with high-throughput sequencing technology, and 3 phyla, seven classes, 9 orders, 6 families and 8 genera of fungi taxa were identified, including Aspergillus、Eurotium、Penicillium、Blastobotrys、Guehomyces、Rasamsonia、 Rossbeevera and Emericella.The relative abundance of Aspergillus and Eurotium were 99.85%、90.65%、99.94% and 60.37% in the four tea samples respectively, and there are 37.69%
