六盘水市生态足迹与可持续发展研究中文摘要可持续发展理论发展到今天，已经有了一整套完备的理论体系。然而，当面 对：“我们身处的某个地区、国家乃至全球的可持续发展水平如何？”，“我们的 行动是否使这个地区、国家乃至全球向着可持续的目标迈进？”，“我们努力的成 效如何？”等一系列令人困惑的问题时，人们发现了定量研究是解决这一系列问 题的关键。于是，20 世纪 80 年代以来，对可持续发展的研究逐渐从纯理论的探 讨深入到了实践的操作层面，对可持续发展指标体系的研究就成为可持续发展研 究的重要领域之一。在众多的指标中，由加拿大生态学家 Rees 和 Wackenagel 等 1992 年提出并得到专家学者们不断完善的生态足迹模型，因其综合性、操作 性强、定量化，容易进行国家之间、地区之间的比较而成为测量可持续发展状况 的简明而综合的指数。本论文以科学发展观为指导，首先介绍了可持续发展理论的形成背景、过程、 科学内涵以及可持续发展指标体系的产生。然后在介绍生态足迹的概念、相关理 论、计算方法和步骤的基础上，利用相关数据对六盘水市 2003-2007 年的生态足 迹进行了计算与分析，并以此对六盘水市社会经济可持续发展能力进行分析。计 算结果表明：六盘水市生态承载力的变化不大，严重生态赤字的出现主要是生态 足迹的增加引起的，而生态足迹增加主要是化石能源用地中煤炭资源的严重消耗 所导致的。而人口的迅速增加以及对耕地资源的不合理利用也是导致生态足迹增 大主要原因。要改变生态赤字逐年增加的现状，实现社会经济的全面、协调、可 持续发展，六盘水必须转变经济发展模式，从社会、经济、资源、环境等方面采 取必要的措施。关键词：可持续发展生态足迹生态承载力原因对策六盘水市Ecological Footprint and Sustainable Development Research in Liupanshui CitySUMMARYSustainable development theory has owned a set of complete theoretical system.
