The unique value of the practice has got its position in the background of building a harmonious country. The practice is widely deployed since its birth, while it has got many detailed branches to be attended. The procuratorate is supposed to balance justice and harmony on the basis of a correct understanding on the combination of procuratorate and accommodation, constructing a multi-phased structure including minor criminal cases, civil appeal cases, petition cases and mediation. In practice, the procuratorate has laid down restrictions on the scope of the case, perfected procedure guaranty, developed ways of mediation, established related systems to demolish the questioning resulted from the operations which might be against justice of law or the will of the litigants. The practice of a combination of procuratorate and accommodation should still be carried out in future with both an optimistic mind and a reasoning fulfillment, developing along a sound track while solving problems, thus giving a full positive play on the way of building a law-ruled country and constructing a harmonious society.
