AbstractLiangShu-mingsethicideologyisbasedontheChinesetraditionalculture；HispurposeistorebuildtheChinesetraditionalethics，inthevividwords，istomaketheChinesetraditionalethicsblossominglikeaoldbranchturnsgreen.HebelievesthatthebasicstructureofChinesetraditionalsocietycouldbesummarizedas：ethics-basedsociety.Inhisopinion，theso-calledethics-basedsocietythatbasedontheethicalrelationshipbetweenfamilymembersisaprincipleofsocialorganizationwhichhasbeenappliedinthewholesociety.Asthebasicprincipleofeverysocialorganization，theethics-basedsocietywhichisbasedontheclan,modeledonthefamilyethics，focusedoneachothers，characterizedbytheobligationconcentrationtoothers，istomakeallsocialorganizationsandsocialrelationshipswithnatureandfeaturesofthefamilyethicswhichincludethesocialorganizationethicizing，economicsethicizing，politicsethicizing，religiousethicizingandsoon.AccordingtotheethicalprinciplethatreconstructingChinesetraditionalsocietybytheruraldevelopment，LiangShu-mingstrivetoemphasizethatruraldevelopmentnotonlyistheonlywayfortherevivaloftraditionalcultureinChina，butalsotheonlywayfortheChinesepeopletocontributetheirwisdomandspiritualvaluestotheworld.ThebasicdisagreementbetweenLiangShumings“ethics-basedsociety”ideologyandFeiXiaoTongs“differentialmodeofsociety”ideologyisthedifferentjudgmentstotheChinesebehavioralorientation.Liangconsideredthechinesetobeunselfish，theirguidancecanbesummarizedas“other-centered”，however，FeiregardedtheChineseasselfishwiththeguidanceof“egoism”.Furthermore，ThebasicdisagreementbetweenLiangShumings“ethics-basedsociety”ideologyandMaoZedongs“classstruggle”theoryisthedifferentunderstandingtotheChinesesociety’snatureandorganization.InLiang’sview，thereisnoclassdifferentiationandclassantagonisminthetraditionalsocietyexceptonlytheoccupationalseparation；However，MaoemphasizedthesocialexistenceofclassantagonismandclassstruggleinChina.LiangoveremphasizedtheparticularitybutignoreduniversalityoftheChinesetraditionalsocietyandculture，butMaograspeddialecticallytheuniversalitya
