This design is to develop a kind of advisement player with LCD. By it we can broadcast the video and audio of the mpeg-2 saved in CF card. It is economical, reliable, and can be fixed easily. It can be used in shop, supermarket and all kinds of the special store. It has become the important methods to control and occupy the market to the factory and media company.This design elaborates the standards of mpeg-2 and related algorithm applied in this design as well as the software and hardware designs of the advisement with LCD, including the whole system design, the design of scheme, the design of PCB and the debug of the system and so on. The main sections of the design are as follows:Studying the adoptive date processing and coding algorithm of mpeg-2.Mainly discussing the audio algorithm and the video condensation coding algorithm.The whole design of the advisement player, including the analysis of need of function, the determination of the whole project of the hardware, the design of the scheme of the whole system function units, such as the design of the interface between process
