Secondly,thedifferenceofpropertiesbetweenthinfilmsandbulkswhoseconsistofsamematerialsarepointedout.Lastly,weintroducetheapplicationandpropertiesofLSMO/NSTOheterojunctionandmakeaprospectoffurtherapplication.Chaptertwo:La0.8Sr0.2MnO3epitaxialthinfilmswithdifferentthicknessarefabricatedandtherepresentingmeansandmeasurementmethodstowardsbulksandfilmsareintroduced.Firstly,thepreparationofbulksandfabricatingtechnologiesofthinfilmsarereviewed,especiallyPLDandfabricatingthinfilmsprocess.Secondly,representingmeans,includingXRD,reciprocalspacemaps,scanningtunnelingmicroscopeandatomicforcemicroscopeareintroduced.Lastly,theinstrumentsformeasuringtheresistivityandmagnetismoffilmsaresimplydescribedrespectively.Chapterthree:theinfluenceofdopingcontentandlatticemismatchonthinfilms’crystalgrowthandmicrostructureandtheeffectofthicknessonthinfilms’structure,transportpropertiesandmagnetismareinvestigatedindetail.TheresultofXRDmanifestthatdopingcontentandthicknessnearlydon’tinfluencethemicrostructureofLa1-xSrxMnO3bulksandthatthoseLSMO/STOthinfilmswithdifferentthicknesspossessofhighcrystallineandepitaxialquality.Measurementsindicatethattheresistivitydecreasesandtheinsulator-metaltransitiontemperature(Tp)increaseswithincreasingofthefilmthickness.TheTpwillremainafixedvaluewhichistheTpofbulkofLSMOwhenLSMOfilmsthicknessreachesacriticalvalue.MagneticmeasurementsmakeitclearthatLSMOthinfilms’magnetizationisfargreaterthanverticalwhenappliedmagneticfieldisparallelwithfilmsurfaceandthemagnetizationreduceswiththeincreaseofthickness.Chapterfour:firstly,thedevelopmenthistory,presentresearchandapplicationofmagnetite-basedp-njunctionarereviewed.Secondly,theprocessoffabricatingLa0.8Sr0.2MnO3/NSTOthinfilmsjunctionisintroduced.Last,thicknesseffectsontherectifyingcharacteristicsofLSMO/NSTOarediscussedcomingtoaconclusionthattherectifyingcharacteristicsofLSMO/NSTOaregettingbetterforthickerjunction.Keywords:perovskitemanganeseoxides,giantmagnetoresistance,resistivity,hysteresisloop,heterojunctionIV第一章绪论1.1巨磁阻
