ALA光动力疗法治疗皮肤鳞状细胞癌临床研究 　　[摘要]目的：观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗皮肤鳞状细胞癌的临床疗效和复发率。方法：对30例经组织病理学确诊的皮肤鳞状细胞癌进行了4～11次ALA-PDT治疗，并与经手术治疗的30例患者进行复发率的比较。结果：治疗组29例患者获完全缓解，临床治愈。经6～12月随访后，4例复发；对照组5例复发，统计学处理无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。但光动力组美容效果满意。结论：对皮肤鳞状细胞癌尤其老年患者，ALA-PDT疗法损伤小、美容效果好，复发率与手术方法相当（P＞0.05）。 　　[关键词]5-氨基酮戊酸；光动力；鳞状细胞癌；复发率 　　[中图分类号]R739.5 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2012）03-0453-02 　　 　　The clinical research of ALA photodynamic therapy for squamous cell carcinoma 　　XIE Yu-sheng1,CHEN Yan2,PENG Xue-biao3,FAN Wen-cheng1, SONG Wei-xu1， QU Ping-yuan4, WEI Cui-ping1 　　(1.Dermatology Department of AN-NING Hosiptal,General Hosiptal of Lanzhou Command of PLA ,Lanzhou 730070,Gansu,China;2. Dermatology Department of Nanfang Hosipital,South Medical University；4.Out-patient Department of Gansu Tumor Hosipital) 　　 　　Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and relapse rate of the 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) for squamous cell carcinoma. Methods 30 patients with squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed by histopathological examination were treated by ALA-PDT for 4 to 11 times,and comparied with those patients who were treated by surgery for a relapse rate. Results The complete remission were achieved in 29 patients from treatment group, and that were considered up to clinical cure. After 6 to 12 month follow-up, 4 cases from treatment group and 5 cases from control group were found to relapse, there was no statistical significant difference (P＞0.05).However,satisfactory cosmetic results were achieved in treatment group by ALA-PDT.Conclusion For those patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,especially for elderly ones, the recurrence rate of ALA-PDT was similar to that of surgical methods,but ALA-PDT had the advantage of less damage and better cosmetic results. 　　Key words:5-Aminolevulinic acid（ALA）; Photodynamic Therapy(PDT); squamous cell carcinoma;orperate；recurrence rate 　　 　??? 皮肤鳞状细胞癌（
