P16和Bcl-2蛋白在鼻咽部鳞状细胞癌表达及相互关系 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨多发性肿瘤拟制基因（P16）和B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病基因2（Bcl-2）在不同分期鼻咽部鳞状细胞癌组织及鼻咽部炎症组织中的表达情况。 方法 应用免疫组化SP二步法检测40例不同分期鼻咽部鳞状细胞癌组织和16例鼻咽部慢性炎症组织中P16及 Bcl-2蛋白的表达。 结果 P16蛋白在鼻咽部炎症组织中高表达，癌组织中低表达，P16的表达与鼻咽癌的临床分期无明显关系，有颈部淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌患者P16基因表达较无颈部淋巴结转移者低，但差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）。Bcl-2蛋白在癌组织中高表达，炎症组织中低表达。 结论 Bcl-2是在鼻咽部鳞状细胞癌组织中高表达的凋亡抑制基因，P16是鼻咽鳞状细胞癌中低表达的抑癌基因。 　　[关键词] 多发性肿瘤拟制基因；B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病基因2；鼻咽部鳞状细胞癌；免疫组织化学 　　[中图分类号] R739.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2012）02（c）-0018-03 　　 　　Expression and relationship between P16 and Bcl-2 protein in nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma 　　CHEN Hongchang1 ZHANG Huiqin2 CHEN Jianjun1 LI Guojiang1 LI Wenhua1 　　1.Department of Ear-nose-throat, the Peoples Hospital of Xindu District in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, Chengdu 610500, China; 2.Department of Ear-nose-throat, the Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang Medical College, Guizhou Province, Guiyang 550004, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of P16 and Bcl-2 protein in the different stages of nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma organizations and inflammatory tissue. Methods The nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma organizations of 40 patients with different stages and the nasopharynx chronic inflammation tissues of 16 cases were detected by two-steps SP immunohistochemistry method. Results P16 protein was highly expressed in the nasopharynx inflammatory tissue, which was low expressed in cancer tissues. There was no significant relationship between the P16 expression and the clinical stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The expression of P16 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with cervical lymph node metastases was lower than patients without cervical lymph node metastases, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Bcl-2 protein was highly expressed in cancer tissues, which was low expressed in inflammatory tissue.
