应对方式、社会支持与心肌梗死患者心理相关性 　　[摘要] 目的 调查应对方式、社会支持与AMI患者心理状况的相关性。 方法 选择我院收治的126例AMI患者，应用焦虑抑郁量表、医学应对问卷和社会支持评定量表调查患者的心理状况、应对方式特征和社会支持情况，并探讨它们之间的相关性。 结果 AMI患者的焦虑、抑郁量表得分与国内常模得分比较，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。在面对、回避、屈服三个维度上，AMI患者的面对得分低于国内常模，而屈服、回避两项得分高于国内常模，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。AMI患者社会支持评定量表中的主观支持、客观支持、对支持的利用度、社会支持总分均高于常模，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。 结论 应对方式和社会支持对AMI患者的心理健康非常重要，治疗时应采取相应措施提高患者应对疾病的能力，尽量完善其社会支持体系，促进其身心的全面康复。 　　[关键词] 急性心肌梗死；应对方式；社会支持 　　[中图分类号] R541.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2012）04-0128-03 　　 　　Coping styles and social support in patients with myocardial infarction and correlation of psychological 　　WANG Liying 　　Department of Tuberculosis Clinic, Yinzhou People’s Hospital Outpatient of Ningbo City, Ningbo 315040, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate coping style, social support and psychological status of patients with acute myocardial infarction dependency. Methods All of 126 patients eccepeted HADS, SSRS, MCMQ investigation of psychological status of patients with characteristics and social support, coping, and to explore the correlation between them. Results Male and female anxiety and depression scale scores for AMI patients compared with domestic norm scores, statistically significant differences. On the three dimensions of the face, evading, yield, score lower than the national norm in patients with AMI and yielding, evading two scores were higher than the national norm, differences are statistically significant. Subjective in a rating scale of social support in patients with AMI support, objective of support, the use of support, social support score is higher than the norm, statistically significant differences. Conclusion Coping styles and social support on mental health of patients with AMI is very important, when treatment should take the appropriate measures to enhance the patients ability to respond to disease, improving their social support system as far as possible, promoting their comprehensive rehabilitation of physical and mental. 　　[Key words]
