探讨某三级医院妇科急症诊治特点 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨中山大学附属第三医院妇科急症的收治特点,不断提高妇科急症的诊治能力。方法 对2003年1月至2008年8月本院收治的1554例妇科急症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 妇科急症疾病构成共6大类疾病,包括腹腔内出血性疾病、宫内妊娠相关疾病、妇科肿瘤并发症、感染性疾病、内分泌疾病及生殖道损伤性疾病,其中腹腔内出血性疾病960例(占61.77%)。入院诊断与出院诊断符合率为98.01%,手术前后诊断符合率99.21%。本组手术治疗1070例(占总病例68.85%),其中急诊手术831例(占总手术77.66%),包括急诊剖腹探查手术655例(占急诊手术78.82%)。结论 本院妇科急诊收治病例种类多,本组病例诊断符合率高,但仍需不断分析总结误诊原因和治疗方案,更好地提高诊治水平。 　　【关键词】 妇科急症; 诊断; 治疗 　　 　　Study of diagnosis and treatment features of gynecological emergency cases in a third class hospital 　　 　　ZHANG Yu, LI Xiao-mao, FANG Li.
