摘要 随着我国改革开放和经济市场化程度的加深，中国与国际社会之间的相互交流变得越来越频繁。这种现象也加快了翻译发展的步伐。自“翻译研究”成为一门独立的学派以来，以奈达（Nida）为代表的翻译学派就曾对翻译产生过深远的影响。本文所研究的内容主要涉及翻译过程中的语境分析，它被包含在翻译理论这个大的环境里。本文采用综合评述的方式，在阅读大量文献资料的基础上，对这一论题进行了阐释。 本文主要由四部分组成。 第一部分是文献综述。该部分主要涉及本文的研究目的、对综述论题的定义以及该领域的研究背景和发展趋势。此部分充分提现了翻译及语境分析的发展过程。 第二部分是论述翻译过程中的语境因素。它主要包括语言语境因素、情境语境因素和文化语境因素。对这些方面的研究，为后面的研究做好了铺垫。 第三部分是翻译过程中的语境因素对词义产生的影响。本文主要涉及褒贬义和歧义两个方面的影响。 第四部分是结语。 关键词：翻译过程；语境；语境分析 Abstract In our nation, along with the more and more deep level of the reform and opening up and the market economy, there exists more communication among China and other countries. This phenomenon accelerates the speed of translation. Since the “translation research “being an independent subject, the translation school of Nida had leaded to a great impact on the process of translation. The main contents of this study are on the context analysis during the English-Chinese and Chinese-English translation. It is contained the big environment of translation theories. This thesis uses the comprehensive argument method and stands on the foundation of reading many materials to analyze the theme. This thesis can be divided into four parts. The first part is literature review. It involves in the research objectives, definitions of the theme and the background and future tendency of the research. This part is better to present the process of translation and the context analysis. The second part mainly discusses the contextual factors in the process of translation. The contextual factors include the linguistic context, situational context, cultural context. The research on these aspects will provide a basis to the following research. The third part is on the impact of the contextual factors in translation process. This thesis mainly involves the bad or good meaning of words and the lexical ambiguity. The forth part is conclusion.
