Marketing concept
1 market segmentation: the process of dividing the whole market of a supply into different market segments.
2 customer delivered value: the difference between total customer value and total customer cost.
3 new product diffusion: a new concept from its invention creation to the end user or adopters propagation process. It generally includes awareness, interest, evaluation, trial, using five stages.
4 Retail: a business activity that sells products and services to consumers for personal or family use, thereby increasing the value of products and services.
5 marketing concept: refers to all the business activities of enterprises should take the customer as the center, to correctly define the target market and competitors more effectively organize R D, production and marketing, more effectively meet customer needs and desires.
6 reduce dysfunctional buying behavior: if consumers do not extensively collect product information, and do not carefully select brands, the purchase process is rapid and simple. However, after buying, it is considered that the purchased product has some defects, or other products have more advantages, resulting in a sense of disorder buying behavior.
7 marketing mix: the comprehensive application of various market means that the enterprise can control.
8 vertical channel conflict: conflict between members of different levels in the same distribution channel.

10 product life cycle: the whole process of moving a product from entering the market to being eliminated from the market.
11 target marketing: refers to the customers needs as a starting point, based on demand of market segmentation, choose the most suitable for the companys attractive target market, according to the demand characteristics
