SynthesesofAcrylate-modifiedWaterbornePolyurethaneanditsApplicationintheWater-basedInkAbstractEnvironmentalreasonsarethecausefortheincreaseofresearch,development,andproductionofwaterbornesystems,particularlythosebasedonpolyurethane.Thesematerialsfindaspecialapplicationasbinderforpaints,coatingsandinksformulation.InthePaper,theacrylate-modifiedwaterbornepolyurethanewereobtained,basedoncore-shellemulsioncopolymerizationmethod.Theprepolymerbasedonisophoronediisocyanate(IPDI)andpolytetramethyleneglycol(PTMG),dimethylolpropanicacid(DMPA),2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate(HEMA),1,4-butanediol(BDO)weresynthesizedinbulk.TheprepolymerswerecharacterizedbyFouriertransforminfraredspectrometry(FTIR).FTIRcurvesshowedtheacrylateshassuccessfullybeenembedintothewaterbornepolyurethane.Appearance,viscosity,stabilityandpeelstrengthofWPUAcore-shellemulsionandbibulousrateandtensilestrengthoflatexfilmswerediscussedbasedonDMPA,R,MMAandsolidcontent,etc..ThegoodcompatibilityofthepolymerwasdemonstratedbySEMandmolecularstructurewasinvestigatedbyTEM.WPUAemulsionshasbetterperformance,underconditionthatRvalueis2.5,the8:2andsolidcontentis35%-40%.Ontheotherhand,thewaterbornepolyurethanewithorganicsiliconewassynthesized,inwhichPDMSwasalsoadded.Thepropertiesofpolyurethanewereaffectedbythedifferentcontentsoftheorganicsilicon.Experimentsindicatedthattheperformancewillchangewhenthecontentoforganicsiliconwas10%or13%.Themodifiedwaterbornepolyurethaneinoptimumconditionswasusedtopreparewater-basedink,thenexperimentalformulawasdeterminedandsomesimpleperformancetestsweredone.Theresultsshowedthattheinkwithwaterbornepolyurethanehasgoodwatercontentandadhesiveattraction.Thestabilitywasnotverywonderful.Althoughtheperformanceoftheacrylateandsiliconecompoundmodifiedwaterbornepolyurethaneswerebetter,theinkmadebythemhassamewithotherwaterbornepolyurethanes.Keywordswaterbornepolyurethane，acrylate，organicsilicone，modified，water-basedink目录1绪论1.1课题的研究背景及意义..............................................11.2水性聚氨酯的发展概况...............
