AbstractChemicalreferencesubstancesplayanimportantroleindrugqualitycontrol,whichiswidelyusedforqualitativeandquantitativeanalysisofchemicaldrugs.Thepurityvaluesofchemicalreferencesubstancesproposedforassaymustbeaccurateastheyareusedforthetransferofthemeasurementvalue.Asaguidingprinciple,purityof99.5%orhigherisdesirable,calculatedonthebasisofthematerialinitsanhydrousformorfreeofvolatilesubstances.Inthecalibrationprocessofchemicalreferencestandard，themassbalancemethodisrecommended.Inthisstudy,theDSCmethodwasusedandevaluatedscientificallybycomparingtheresultanduncertaintywiththatofthemassbalancem
