AbstractObjective:Tostudytheexpressionofmatrixmetalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)andtissueofmetalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)intheendometriumofthesterilitypatientandnormalendometrium,andtoexplorethechangeofendometrialreceptivityofthesterilitypatient.Methods:EndometriumbiopsywasdoneinthethirtyPCOSpatientsreceivedovulationinductiontherapieswhoweredividedtosuccessedovulationgruoupandunsuccessedovulationgroup,nineteenoviductpathologicalchangesterilepatientsweredividedtotheoviductobstructiongroupandthehydrosalpinxgroupandthetennormalwomenwithregularmenstruationduringimplantingwindowtime.ImmunohistochemicalanalysiswasdeployedtodemonstratetheexpressionofMMP-9andTIMP-1inendometrium.Results:(1)TheexpressionoftheMMP-9andTIMP-1intheendometriumoftheobstructionoffallopiantubegroupissignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup（P0.05）.(2)TheexpressionoftheMMP-9andTIMP-1intheendometriumofhydrosalpinxgroupissignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup（P0.05）.(3)TheexpressionoftheMMP-9andTIMP-1intheendometriumofhydrosalpinxgroupissignificantlylowerthantheobstructionoffallopiantubegroup（P0.05）.(4)TheexpressionofMMP-9andTIMP-1intheendometriumof15successedovulationPCOSwomenissignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup（P0.05）。(5)TheexpressionoftheexpressionofMMP-9andTIMP-1intheendometriumof15unsuccessedovulationPCOSwomenissignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup（P0.05）。(6)TheexpressionoftheMMP-9andTIMP-1intheendometriumof15unsuccessedovulationgroupissignificantlylowerthantheoneof15successedovulationgroup（P0.05）.Conclusion:(1)MMP-9andTIMP-1weredetectedinendometriumofthePCOSPatients,theoviductinfertilitypatientsandthecontrolsduringimplantingwindowtime.(2)TheexpressionofMMP-9andTIMP-1inendometriumintheoviductinfertilitywomenissignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup.(3)TheexpressionofMMP-9andTIMP-1inendometriuminPCOSwomenissignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup.(4)ItindicatesthatMMPs/TIMPsmaybebiomakersofendometrialreceptivity.Keywords:polycysticovarysyndrometheimplantingwindowmatrixmetalloproteinasestheuterinereceptivity目录引言………………
