Wang Xin: You can have a rest here. I will help you to check in with Mr. Williams. Wang Xin: Mr. Williams, there are 28 people in ourgroup, so we have reserved 14 twin-bed rooms. Am I right? Mr. Williams: Yes, that’s correct. Wang Xin: Then have you got a group visa? Mr. Williams: Yes, here you are. Wang Xin: Thank you very much. (after a while) Wang Xin: Here is your group visa and here are the key cards. Mr. Williams: Thanks a lot. Wang Xin: It is my pleasure. Wang Xin: (To the tour group) Attention, everybody. Our rooms are on the 16th floor, and Mr. Williams will assign the key cards to you. After that you can go to your rooms by elevator on the right. The bellman will send your luggage to your rooms. You may have a rest for 30 minutes, and then we will get together in the lobby at 11:30 to have lunch. After lunch, we will go to the scenic spots directly, so don’t forget your valuable things and cameras. One more thing, the tap water in your room is not drinkable.
