辽 东 学 院 本 科 毕 业 设 计 丹东新区工商局办公楼设计 The Office Building Design of Dandong XinQu Trade And Industry Bureau 学 生 姓 名： 学 院： 城市建设学院 专 业： 土木工程 班 级： 学 号： 指 导 教 师： 审 阅 教 师： 完 成 日 期： 2012年 5 月 15 日 辽 东 学 院 Eastern Liaoning University 摘 要 本次毕业设计是一幢办公楼设计，为多层钢筋混凝土框架结构。共五层，建筑物总高度为18.9米。包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分内容。 建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，综合考虑基地环境、使用功能、综合选型、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等。着重解决了建筑物与周围环境、建筑物与各种细部构造，最终确定建筑设计方案，画出建筑施工图。 结构设计是在初步设计的基础上确定结构方案；选择合理的结构体系；进行结构布置，并初步估算，确定结构构件尺寸，进行结构计算。结构计算包括荷载计算、水平地震作用计算、内力分析、内力组合、截面设计、配筋计算及基础设计，并绘制相关的结构施工图。 关键词：建筑设计；结构设计；框架；抗震；独立基础 Abstract This design is a scheme of a office building, it is a multi-layer reinforced concrete frame. It has five stories, the height of the whole building is18.9 meters. it includes two parts-architecture design and structure design. The architectural desidn is the premise of the overall planning.According to the requirements of the design task book,considering the base environment,the usefunction,selection,construction,materials,construction equipment,aechitectural art,and economy.Focus on solving the buildings with the surrounding environment,buildings and a variety of detailed structure. Then I mainly solve using space in this building and coordination between inside and outside conditions.Ultimately determine the architectural design,drawing construction plans. In the structure design, determine the structure design based on architecture first design. Select the right structure type. Precede structure arrangement and sizes of structure components to calculate. Including structural calculations and the role of computing in the calculation,the level of seismic,internal force analysis,the combination of internal forces,cross-sectional design.And draw the relevant construction drawing.
