高层住宅电梯控制系统研究 作者姓名： 专业名称：电气工程及其自动化 指导老师：  摘要 本文采用可编程控制器（PLC）PLC来实现电梯信号控制，变频器实现变频调速。在变频器和PLC的类型选择时，通过性能指标等综合考虑，选用了三菱FR-E500系列变频器和日本三菱公司生产的FX2N可编程控制器。电梯系统的软件设计提出了模块化编程思想，包括：门厅召唤功能、轿厢内选层功能、顺/反向截梯功能、电梯自动开关门功能、电梯手动开关门功能、消防/检修功能、楼层显示功能和电梯平滑变速功能。最后对改造后的电梯系统进行模拟调试。本文设计的电梯控制系统提高了电梯的控制水平，改善了电梯运行的舒适感，使电梯达到了较为理想的控制和运行效果，并且可以节约能源，降低能耗，减小运行费用。 关键词：电梯 PLC 变频调 梯形图  Abstract In this paper the design programmable logic s seven layers of elevator control system，controller(PLC)control instead of traditional relay control，using ac conversion and speed governing instead of traditional de speed control in the circuit design，and using energy feedback．This design based on the analysis of the traditional elevator control system，of overall design ac conversion and speed governing structure，electrical control of elevator part and the overall design，considering the application in elevator energy feedback．determine the overallstructure of the system，the PLC to control realization of elevator inverter frequency,realization．In the type of PLC and inverter，through comprehensive consideration performance index，choose the type Mitsubishi FR-E500 Series converter and Mitsubishi Japan production FX2N programmable controller．The system software design ideas，including the modular programming，vestibular function call，the enclosure，select layer fimction reverse cut ladder function，the function of automatic elevator,the function of manual elevator maintenance function，and fire\floor show function and elevator smooth transmission function．After the reconstruction of the elevator system simulation test.This paper designs the elevator control system to improve the elevator control，to improve the level of comfort，make the elevator to the ideal elevator control and operation effect，and Can save energy and reduce the energy consumption and reduce operation costs． Keywords：Elevator, PLC, Frequency conversion, Ladder diagram  目录 摘要 I Abstract II 目录 III 前言 1 1 绪论 2 1.1 高层住宅电梯的运行原理 2 1.1
