AbstractWiththedevelopmentandwideapplicationoftherefrigeratingtechnology,energyconsumptionandsecurityissueofrefrigerationequipmenthasattractedincreasinglygreatattentionfromenvironmentalistsandthegeneralpublic.ProposalonpromotingChinaslow-carboneconomyhasbeenclassifiedasfirstproposalofNPCandCPPCCin2010.Low-carboneconomyisstronglysupported.Nothingbutenergy-saving,high-efficiencyandgreenenvironmentalprotectionrefrigerationequipmentcanseekdevelopsandwinthemarketinthelow-carboneconomy.Researchonrefrigerationunitwascarriedoutinthisthesis.Existingrefrigerationunithasmanyproblemsinpracticalapplications,highenergyconsumptionandhighfailurerate,especially.Hencemulti-effectcondensedrefrigerationunitcombiningair-cooled,water-cooledandtranspiration-cooledinonewasdesigned.Innovationandoperatingprincipleofmulti-effectcondensedrefrigerationunitwereanalyzed.Itbecamethemostideaequipmentfortherefrigerationunitoflowconsumption,simpleandcompactstructure,easyinstallation,lowmaterialconsumptionandlow-cost.Condensationmechanismofmulti-effectcondensedrefrigerationunitisquitecomplex.Asviewedfromthermodynamics,heatandmasstransferprocessthattakesplaceinthemulti-effectcondensedrefrigerationunitwasanalyzed.Meanwhile,winddirections,airvolume,distributionofwatercurrentsandwatersprayvolumehadeffectsonmasstransferandheattransferproperties.Theexperimentalapparatusoftherefrigerationunitwerebuiltup.Hottinningprocesscopper-constantanthermocoupleswithhighsensibilityandnakedprobewereusedtomeasurethemulti-dottemperatureintheexperiment.Basedondemarcatingthermocoupleandpolynomialregressionanalysis,theresultsindicatedthatconsistencyandgoodnessoffitofhottinningmethodofcopper-constantanthermocoupleswerebothverygood.Themeasuringprecisionwaswithin±0.05℃at-35～100℃.Copper-constantanthermocouplesweresuitableforquickandaccuratetemperatureacquisition.3DtemperaturefieldforcondenserofrefrigerationunitwasstudiedbasedonMATLAB.Itwasconvenienttoobserveanysectionof3Dtemperaturefieldforcondenserbymeansofcontourslicefunction.Me
