AbstractWiththedevelopmentoftechnology,itisobviousthatonlyasingleagentcannothandletheincreasingcomplexproblemsgradually.Asaresult,moreandmoreagentworkingtogetherisrequiredforlarge-scalepracticalapplication,whichmakesthemulti-agenttechnologytoattractincreasingattentionofresearcher,leadingtohighspeeddevelopmentofthistechnologyduringlasttwentyyears.Asthehotspotintheresearchfieldofmulti-agent,aftergreatinnovation,reinforcementlearningtechnologyisabletoprovidesolutionstosearchtheoptimalsolutionofmulti-agentsystems,amongwhichQ-learningisoneofthemainlearningalgorithm.AntColonyAlgorithmisakindofoptimizationalgorithm,whichistheanalogofswarmintelligenceofantcolonybehavior.TheAlgorithmisbasedonIntelligentbehaviorofrealantcolonystudy,andthentheoreticalalgorithmwillbereasonedabstractly,whichprovidesnewwaystodealwithmanyproblems.Thisarticleintroducesthepheromoneconceptofantcolonyalgorithmtothemulti-agentsystemtoachievethecombinationofQ-learningalgorithmandthepheromoneisincorporatedintoactioninstructionsaswell.Relyingontheintroductionofpheromone,whentheentiresystemismakingdecision,notonlytheenvironmentalinformationbutalsothepheromoneandtheircombinedeffectareconsidered,whichstrengthenstheinformationinteractionbetweenagents,andthereforeimprovesthelearningefficiencyoftheoriginalalgorithmeffectivelyandcollaboratesbetterwithobjectives.Forthecombinationofantcolonyalgorithmandfortheupdatestrategyofpheromone,improvedantcolonyalgorithmupdatemodewillbeadopted.Firstofall,forpheromoneevaporationfactorρ?,self-adaptiveadjustmentwillbeadopted,leadingtoantcolonyalgorithmoftheQ-learningalgorithmcombinedwithself-adaptiveadjustmentpheromoneevaporationfactor(APEF_Q),whichwillimprovesearchcapabilityandconvergenceefficiencyoftheoriginalalgorithm.Finally,computersimulationresultsfrombasicstalkingproblemmodelshowsthattheimprovednewalgorithmperformsmuchbetterthantheoldalgorithmperformancesignificantlyimprovedbystalkingproblemmodel.Inaddition,fortheintensityofpheromone,dynamictime-varyingfunctionwillreplac
