AbstractMassandthreeaxesofcentroidareconcernfulparametersofmassproperty,aswellasthesignificantparametersforholisticdesignofaerocraft.Measurementofmassandthreeaxesofcentriodusuallyplaysanimportantroleinthegroundtestforaerocrafts.Tomakesurethatsuitablemanipulabilityandstabilityareachievedtorealizethehigh-precisionflightcontrolandbombardmentofaerocraft,it’susuallypressingnecessitytodoingtestsofmassesandcentroidsforseveralcabinswithdifferentdimensionsofaerocraft,whenassemblageanddebuggingworksarebeingdone.Nowadaysmostmasscentriodmeasuringinstrumentsareparticularapparatuseswhichcandeterminethemassesandcentriodsforthecertaintypeofcabins,what’smore,theyhavetore-positionthecabinswhenmeasuringmassandcentriod,obviously,theycan’tmeetthetestingdemandsforcabinswithlargemassesanddimensionsatpresent.Acoordingtothemasscentroidtestingdemandsforacertainmissle,thisthesisputforwardanideabasedon4-pointweighingmethod,whichcandeterminethemassandallthreeaxesofthecentroidwithouthavingtore-positionthecabins,anddevelopedasetofmeasuringapparatuswhichcandeterminethemassesandcentroidsofmultiplymisslecabins,andthemainresearchcontentsofthisthesisareincluding:Throughsummarizingthemeasuringmethodsfordeterminingobjects’massesandcentroids,aswellasconsideringthepracticaltechniquedemandsforthetask,thecertainweighingmethodwasputforward.Themachineryofmeasuringsystemwasdesignedtomaketheapparatuscouldmeasuremassandallthreeaxesofthecentroidofamisslecabinwithouthavingtore-positionthecabin,andthissystemwascompatibleformeasuringthemassesandcentroidsofmultiplycabinswhichhaddifferentdimensions.Acoordingtomachinerydesignandtechniquedemandsforthemasscentroidmeasurement,theelectricalsystemwasdesigned,andseveralkeyelectricalmoduleswereanalysedandchosen.SerialinterfacesofhostcomputerwereextendedbythePCI-1610Acardinordertogather4signalsoftransducerssynchronously.Theparametersofelectromotorwerecalculatedaswell.Includingthetransducersignals’collectionmoduleandelectromotordrivingmodule,theentireelectricalsystemwasconstitu
