AbstractThe asymmetric catalysis is one of the effective methods to be building Optical active material. However, the key of the asymmetric catalysis is the design and synthesis of the catalys. Nowadays there are three mainly catalyst, such as the biology enzyme catalysts, the metal catalysts and organic catalysts. The organic catalyst has the advantages. Because of lacking of development of organic catalysis, it is a huge challenge to look for new and efficient catalyst for scientific research workers.The structure of the nitrogen-oxygen dipole key in the compounds of nitrogen oxides has strong polarity. It can be used as an electron donor, and also can be used as an electron acceptor. This structure shows good electrophilic and nucleophilic properties. On one hand the nitrogen-oxides can make the addition reaction with so many substances. On the other hand it can also be formed the compounds with many metal ions and the non-metallic atomic complexes. Based on this characteristic, nitrogen oxygen compound can be used as organic catalyst in catalytic asymmetric reactions, which has been taken much attention by the research works. In recent years, the research people have made a great progress.In this paper, we design a novel nitrogen oxygen compound, which is basis of the structure of oxazoline compound. I hope the new organic small molecule catalyst could play a better catalytic activity. The main contents of this parper are as follows:we design and use natural and easily available amino acids and acid as raw material, and such reaction as reduction, chlorination, coupling, acylation, cyclization and oxidation. Fourteen compounds were synthesized with exploration, which Lay the foundation for following study.
