ResearchoncalibrationtechnologyofinternalelectronicpiezogaugeanduncertaintyAbstractInternalelectronicpiezogaugeisanequipmenttoobtainin-boredynamicpressurecurve.Thetestcurveisveryimportanttothevelocityforecastofcannonballs’externalballistictrajectory,thestrengthcheckoftheguns’chamberandtheperformanceanalysisofpropellant.Thispaperanalysesthedynamicperformanceofinternalelectronicpiezogauge,demonstratingthattheinternalelectronicpiezogaugeusedinchamberpressuretestisreasonablefromthefrequencydomain.Itistheidealequipmentforchamberpressuretesting.Duringthechamberpressuretestingprocess,becausethemeasuringenvironmentisverybad,thepeakpressuredataspreadsfortheregularstaticcalibratedelectronicpiezogaugeusedinchambertesting.regularinternalelectronicpiezogaugestaticcalibrationforpressuretestingfoundthatpeakpressuretestingcurvespreadsomebig.Forthisproblem,thenecessityoftheappliedenvironmentcalibrationhasbeenanalyzedinthispaper,thecalibrationtechnologyoftheenvironmenthasbeenproposed,simulativechamberpressuregeneratorforsimulatingborepressureofgunisdevelopedandthecalibrationdeviceinthesimulativeapplicationenvironmentisformed.Thenitprovestherationalityofthecalibrationdevicecalibratingtheelectronicpressuregaugeinthesimulativeapplicationenvironmentfromfouraspects.Thesimulativechamberpressuregeneratorcanobtaintheharshenvironmentofhighpressure,hightemperature,highimpactsimilartothatproducedwhenthesignalofthechambercurveandthecannonareemitted.Internalelectronicpiezogaugecanbecalibratedintheenvironmentsimulatedbyit.Thousandsofexperimentsprovethatthecalibrationoftheinternalelectronicpiezogaugeinthesimulationenvironmentisnecessary.Thiscalibrationmethodcannotonlygreatlyimprovetheaccuracyofelectronicpressuregauge,butalsovalidatethereliabilityofelectronicpressuregaugeinthecalibrationprocess.Inordertoconfirmthequalityoftestresults,onthebasisofstudyingtheuncertaintytheory,theuncertaintyoftheinternalelectronicpiezogaugeandthethreesetsofstandardtestsysteminthecalibrationdeviceisevaluated,andthequali
