On the other hand, some places are short of sand and stone resource. These problems cause people’s attention. The study found that the ceramic has low strength, high pore ratio, large water absorption rate, needle flake. The glaze side reduced ceramic aggregate - cement stone interface transition zone bonding performance. In view of above key problems, this paper relying on the advantage of jiangxi province science and technology innovation team project waste ceramic utilization of key technology and dustrialization research (S2010JX00800), carry out waste ceramic recycled coarse aggregate concrete optimization design research. The main work and results are introduced as follows:Waste ceramic recycled coarse aggregate basic characteristic research show that the recycled coarse aggregate gradation is reasonable, in the rubble (5 ~ 25 mm) grading range. In the grading level, using waste ceramic development of recycled coarse aggregate is feasible. Recycled coarse aggregate crushing index is higher than the original macadam aggregate. Recycled coarse aggregate voids and bibulous rate are higher than the original macadam aggregate, and the apparent density and stacking density are smaller than the original rock coarse aggregate.To waste ceramic recycled coarse aggregate basic characteristics, diluting silane coupling agent KH – 550 and DS - 302 concrete interface interface agent to soak recycled coarse aggregate to aggrandize aggregate. Compare recycled coarse aggregate concrete 28 days’ compressive strength. T
