AbstractDatabasetechnologieshavebeenwidelyusedinenterprises,butifwejustutilizetraditionaldatabasetechnologytovisitdata,it’snormallyinefficient,andalsocouldn’tabstractcomplexdatafordecision-maker.Socurrently,howtointegrateandanalyzedataandthenconverttousefulinformationfordecision-makingbecomesahottopic.Dataminingtechnologiesgainedgreatdevelopmentinrecentyears,andcouldresolvethoseproblemsperfectly.Thisthesisfocusesontheapplicationofdataminingtechnologyinthefieldofmobilephonedevelopmentandmanufacture,analyzesthekeytechnologiesofdatamining,improvesthealgorithmsofassociationrulesandtriestousetheimprovedalgorithmsofassociationrulestominereallyusefulfailureanalysisdata.Themainworksinclude5aspectsasfollows:TwoimprovementshavebeenproposedbasedonApriorialgorithmsofassociationrules,includingchangeofthediscoveryprocessoffrequentitemsetsbyalteringthecomparisonwayofsupportvalue,andchangetheprocessofgeneratingassociationrulesbyusingliftconcepttocalulateassociation.TwoimprovementshavebeenproposedbasedonFP_Growthalgorithmsofassociationrules,includingimprovethegeneratingwayofFPtree,changethetreefrombidirectionaltounidirectionalandalterthecalculationmethodofsupportandconfidence,andchangethefrequentitemsetsminingmodewhichgenerateconditionalpatternbaseandconditionsubtree.AdoptB/SarchitectureandMVCdesignpattern,developwebbasedfailureanalysisminingsystembyusingJSPtechnology.Takethemobilephonereliabilitytestdatabaseandfailureanalysisdatabaseasthesource,writedatacleanprocessscriptbyusingSQL,implementETLandaccomplishdatapreprocessingbeforedatamining.Importpreprocesseddataintofailureanalysisminingsystem,andmakeanalysisduringexperimentstoverifytheadvantagesofimprovedalgorithmsinefficiencyandquality.Keywords:datamining,associationrules,failureanalysis,ETL目录摘要IAbstractII目录III第1章绪论11.1研究的理论和应用背景11.1.1研究的理论背景11.1.2研究的应用背景和意义21.2国内外研究现状41.3论文的主要研究内容及组织6第2章关联规则算法研究92.1关联规则概述92.1.1关联规则基本概念92.1.2关联规则的经典算法102.4本章小结26第3章失效分析挖掘系统分析与总体设计273.1系统需求分析273.2开发环境及相关技术283.2.1开发环境和工具283.2.2相关技术283.3开发模型设计313.4系统结
