AbstractWiththeever-acceleratingprocessofurbanization,thecityspositionintheeconomicandsocialdevelopmentdayisincreasinglyimportant,facingmoreserioussituationandchallengesintherapiddevelopmentofthecity,urbanmanagement,urbanmanagementisnotnewfunctionalquietlybecomethefocusofthemanagementofurbanStudies.Thefirsttheoryofurbanmanagementandperformanceevaluationareintroducedandanalyzedonthestatusofurbanmanagement,objectofstudy,researchpurposes,urbanmanagementperformanceevaluationmethod.HexiNewDistricturbanmanagementperformanceevaluationbyanalyzingthestatusandproblemsofNanjingHexiNewDistricturbanmanagementperformanceevaluationofthesituation,pointedouttheexistingproblemsintheperformanceworktoacauseoftheproblem.ThenspecificexamplesoftheperformanceevaluationsysteminNanjingHexiNewTownbytheperformanceoftheKPI-depthstudyofperformanceevaluationinurbanmanagementandperformanceevaluationofurbanmanagementefficiencyofguidingsignificance.Chinainurbanmanagementperformancestudyistoosmall,onlyasingleurbanmanagementandperformanceresearch,wehopetobringreferenceandinspirationthroughthisstudytheperformanceofotherpartsofthecity.Atpresent,mosturbandevelopmentthereisheavyconstruction,lightmanagement,urbanmanagementefficiencyisnothigh,asinglephenomenonofurbanmanagementtools,howtoimprovetheefficiencyofurbanmanagement,theuseofaneffectiveperformanceevaluationtools,andenhanceurbanmanagementofscientificandnormative,enhancepublicsatisfactionwithurbanservicesandmanagement,andhasimportantpracticalsignificance.Assessmentandevaluationoftheimplementationprocessandresultsoftheimplementationoftheurbanmanagement,urbanmanagementessentialtothelastlink.Thestudyfoundthaturbanmanagement,performanceappraisal,toencouragetheadvanced,spurlaggingbehind,todothepreparatoryworkmanagementobjectivesforthecomingyearfortheorganization.Itisalsoconducivetothemassesbettertokeepabreastoftheprogressoftheworkdynamicofurbanmanagement,thetruerealizationofthesocialsupervision.Keywords：Urbanmanagement,Performanceevaluation,KPI目录摘要.........
