innovation methods and solution improvements, the paper analyzes the existing problems and solutions of demolition of rural collectively-owned land at present stage, which owns the characteristics of empirical research. Meanwhile, the paper has some theoretical and practical significance in studying and announcing new laws on compensation for demolition of collectively-owned at state and district level.The paper refers to relevant domestic and international points and discussions from more than 30 articles, including the relevant laws and regulations, Property Law, Land Management Law and Regulations Concerning Levy and Compensation of Stated-owned Land, local laws and regulations on compensation for demolition, Shenyang Regulations on Urban House Demolition, File 98 of Shenyang Municipal Government Office, and Research on Levy of Collectively-owned Land and Demolition Policy (Ren Baojun).
