AbstractAsthesayinggoes:“womenhalfthesky.UnderthecareofthePartyandthegovernment,andwiththedevelopmentofsocialeconomyandtheprogressoftheTimes,womenssocialstatusofascension,theeducationlevelofwomenishigher,womensindependentconsciousnesshighlight,moreandmorewomenwalkoutoffamily,intosociety,becomesocialactivitysubject.Sothestateadministrativeorgans,theproportionofwomenincountrycivilservantsalsobecomemoreandmorebig,evenafewwomenhasbecomethecountrysimportantleaders.Atthesametimeastheglobaleconomyintegration,thedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,especiallytheworldintotheinformationtimes,developmentaldynamic,complexity,highriskbecomingtheimportantcharacteristicsofTheTimes,associalmanagementmainbody-thegovernmentfacesmorechallenges,sotheburdenoffemalecivilservantwillmoreandmoreheavy,andtherequirementalsowillmoreandmorehigh.Afterseeingthesocialstatusoffemalecivilservanthaveimprovedinthemeantime,somesocialtraditions,family,andfemalesexualfactorsthathinderfemalecivilservantfactswillgraduallyhighlights,femalecivilservantscareerdevelopmentwillfaceunprecedentedchallenges.Thereforeresearchonfemaleofficeholdercareerdevelopmentresearchhasimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificance.Thispapercombiningsociology,psychology,politics,managementtheoryandotherdisciplinesofresearchresults,frommultipleperspectives,analyzethecareerdevelopmentoffemalecivilservants.Thispaperincludesfourparts:PartI:mainlyintroducedthebackground,significance,researchmethodsofthepaper.PartII:mainlydescribedthekeyconceptofthecareerdevelopmentonfemalecivilservants,andintroducedtheoreticalbasisofthecareerdevelopmentoffemalecivilservants.Includingthedefinitionofcareerdevelopment,basictheory,andfemalecivilservantsofthecharacteristicsofcareerdevelopment.PartIII:introducesbasicsituationofthecareerdevelopmentoffemalecivilservantsinChina,mainlyanalyzedtheproblemsexistinginthecareerdevelopmentfemalecivilservantsandtheinfluencingfactors.PartIV:proposedthestrategyofChina’sfemalecivilservantsinthecareerdevelopmentfromthecommunit
