ResultsGeneralstatus:Attheendof32daysnormalcontrolgroupwasunchanged.Thefurcolorpatterninratsofmodelcontrolgroupgotyellowandunkempt,theactivityandcibationreduced.ThestatusHbetweenthehighdoseofGanxinninggroupandthelowdoseofGanxinninggroupwerebetterthanthatofmodelcontrolgroup.Estainforthehepatictissue:Inthemodelcontrolgroup,severehepatosteatosiswasshown,hepaticcellsdegeneratedandbecamenecrotic,inflammatorycellinfiltrated,andpseudolobularcameintobeing.InthetreatedandpreventedgroupofGanxinning（GXNhandGXNl）,hepatosteatosis,hepaticcellsdegenerationandnecrosiswasinslightextent,sowereinflammatorycellandpseudolobula,andIGanxinningfacilitatedtheregenerationofthehepatocyte,andretardedtheformingofliverfibrosis.mmunohistochemistystainforthehepatictissue:Buffyrepresentspositiveresult.Thepositivemassofa-SMA,TIMP-1,Fas,FasLincreasedgraduallyintheorderofthenormalcontrolgroup,thehighdoseofGanxinninggroup,thelowdoseofGanxinninggroup,thepositivecontrolgroupandthemodelcontrolgroupwhenobservedinthemicroscope.ButthepositivemassofNF-?Bdecreasedgraduallyintheorderofthenormalcontrolgroup,thehighdoseofGanxinninggroup,thelowdoseofGanxinninggroup,thepositivecontrolgroupandthemodelcontrolgroup,andthepositivemassofMMP-13didintheorderofthehighdoseofGanxinninggroup,thelowdoseofGanxinninggroup,thepositivecontrolgroup,thenormalcontrolgroupandthemodelcontrolgroup.ThedatafromimmunohistochemistryarequantitiedbyImage-ProPlus6.0analysisprogram.a-SMA,MMP-13,TIMP-1,Fas,FasLandNF-?BofthehighdoseofGanxinninggroup,thelowdoseofGanxinninggroup,thepositivecontrolgroupandthemodelcontrolgroupissignificantlydifferentfromthenormalcontrolgroup（P＜0.05）.AndthosemassesofthehighdoseofGanxinninggroup,thelowdoseofGanxinninggroupandthepositivecontrolgroupissignificantlydifferentfromthemodelcontrolgroup（P＜0.05）.ThosemassesofthehighdoseofGanxinninggroupissignificantlydifferentfromthelowdoseofGanxinninggroupandtheRpositivecontrolgroup.RegardingofthelowdoseofGanxinninggroupandthepositivecontrolgroup,thereisnotsignificantdifferenc
