（一）学生“学”的评价????????????????????????22（二）教师“教”的评价 ????????????????????????31结 语???????????????????????????????????40注 释???????????????????????????????????42参考文献??????????????????????????????????43附 录???????????????????????????????????45致 谢???????????????????????????????????55攻读硕士学位期间发表的学术论文??????????????????????56素质教育背景下的普通高中教学质量评价研究中文摘要规范办学行为，全面推进素质教育，是不可阻挡的历史潮流。在这种背景下，教学质 量评价作为人类对教学过程的一种价值评判活动，对于教学活动质量的提高、教育目标的 实现有着重要的不可替代的作用。但目前普通高中教育教学质量评价不尽如人意，在高中 教育教学中对于教育评价的理解、执行存在一些问题，制约着素质教育的推行和新课程的 实施。本文通过对教学质量评价的理论、价值及现存问题和影响因素的分析，在教师教学 质量的评价和学生学习质量的评价两方面初步探讨了推进普通高中教学质量提高的教育 评价方法。本文的研究方向和角度包括四个方面：一、寻找教育教学质量评价基本理论并对相关 研究进行梳理。二、从学生的“学”和教师的“教”两个方面构建有评价模式、标准、横 向构成、设计与分析、评价方式、教学反馈环节组成的多元发展性评价系统，形成一个相 对完整的操作框架。三、综合运用现代教育测量、统计和计算机技术，使教学质量评价从 方法和过程上得到简化，使评价结果定性和定量相结合，直观而完整。四、重视和加强课 堂教学评价的诊断、导向、激励、教学等功能，树立新的课堂教学评价观，把课堂教学的 重心从教师完成教学任务转移到尊重教育教学规律，促进学生和教师的发展上来。关键词：普通高中；教学质量评价；素质教育 分类号：G40-058.1AbstractRunning schools in standard with all-round quality education is an unstoppable tide of history. In this context, the teaching quality evaluation as the value of a judge, the quality of teaching activities of higher education, the objectives of an important role to be replaced.But ordinary high school education teaching quality evaluation is unsitisfatory and restricts the new curriculum implementation and quality education.This article includes the teaching quality evaluation theory, the teaching quality evaluation’s values and the existing problems in teaching quality evaluation and factors influencing teaching quality evaluation,and researches into the educational evaluation methods of improving regular high school’s teaching quality in aspects of teachers’ teaching quality evaluation and students’ studying quality evaluation.Research direction and angle of this article includes four aspects:(1) the basic theory and teaching quality evaluation of relevant research review.
