AbstractAlong with the deepening of quality education implementation,as essential part of all-round development of quality education in college construction,it has been subject to the attention of the general public.In such environments,Chinese Orchestra of college students throughout the country has built and developed.Esthetic education cultivates college students to form healthy aesthetic concept and unique ability to appreciation,noble morality,sense of innovation and creativity.The common concern and an important issue in the musical world and education field are construction and development of the music community in colleges,in order to provide a good propeller for undergraduate education.In this paper,I selected the Chinese Orchestra of Tianjin University of Finance and Eonomics as an example,using methods of documentation, interview questionnaire, induction and deduction to do the research.After one and a half years of field research on Chinese Orchestra of Tianjin University of Finance Economics, i will introduce the work of Chinese Orchestraof Tianjin University of Finance Economics（hereinafter called Chinese Orchestra ofTian Cai for short) in three sides:program planning, careful arrangements, diverse activities,and cocluded the successful experience.On the other hand,i summarized the functions that reflected by the practice of Chinese Orchestra of Tian Cai,they are the function of create atmosphere,the function of enhance comprehensive quality and the function of develop aesthetic ability.The three sides combined and promote the development of aesthetic education in colleges.At last, i concluded the problems existed in activities of Chinese Orchestra in colleges and put forward some constructive solutions in five aspects.Education is the source power of the socio-economic development and the starting point of the innovation capability.Socio-economic development needs innovative talent,so the situation and content of education should be strengthened a
