AbstractInrecentyears,Chinassmallandmediumenterprisesshowedpositivetrendstoflourish.Butduetosomeproblemsofthecommercialbanksbasedontheirownbenefitsandriskconsiderations,aswellasSMEsinChinasowncharacteristicsandcapitalrequirements,theSMEsoftenencounteredacreditdifficultyintheprocessofdevelopment.InordertosolvethecreditproblemsofSMEsinChina,aswellastoachieveawin-winsituationofcommercialbanksandSMEs,commercialbanksinChinashouldproceedfromastrategicpointofview,changetheirownbusinessphilosophy,establishcustomer-centricbusinessprocesses,andactivelyintroduceandimplementcommercialbankingbusinessprocessreengineering.ThispaperintroducedtherelatedconceptsofSMEcreditbusinessprocessreengineering.Basedonthedivisionoflabortheory,comparativeadvantagetheoryandmatrixtheory,thispaperfurtheranalyzedthebusinessprocessreengineeringtheoryundertheprocessbankingmodel,andcametotherecyclingmechanismunderthemodelofarticleprocessingbank;aftertheanalyzingofthemodeofoperationandthecharacteristicsoffinancialneedsofSMEsinChina,andtheanalyzingofChinasSMEcreditbusinessprocesses,thispaperstatedthattheSMEcreditbusinessprocessesofcommercialbanksinChinasarestillbuiltinaccordancewiththeoldmodelofDepartmentBank,whichareunabletomeettheneedsofSMEsforcapitalshort,flatandfast.However,accordingtotheprocessbankingmodel,itemphasizesonflatorganization,businessvertical,andcustomer-centric,whichisinfavorofSMEcreditbusinessprocessoptimization.Therefore,thispaperusedaprocessbankingmodeltoconstructtheframeworkofthecommercialbanksinChinaSMEcreditbusinessprocesses,andanalyzedtheirbusinessprocessbasedonthreepartsoftheformer,middleandafter,andproposedsupportingmeasuresandrecyclingoftheevaluationmodel.Andthen,thepaperselectedXXBranchofBankofChinaasthebackground,analyzedthelackofexistingSMEcreditbusinessprocesses,re-designedthebusinessaccordingtothemodeoftheprocessingbank,andusedrelatedorganizationalstructuresandrecyclingandtheanalysisofcustomerrelationshipmanagementtoassesstheexpectedeffectofthedesignedprocessandtoanalyzeit
