AbstractThestaffsystemofcollegeeducationisthepersonnelclassificationmanagementsystemwhichmatchesthecollegecharacteristicsunderthenewsituation,whichcanachievemanykindsofmanagementsrangingfromidentitymanagementtothepostmanagement.itspurposeistoestablishtheemploymentmechanismofsettingthepostbasedonthework,andtheappointmentaccordingtothepostfreelyandadjustably,tocreatealean,efficient,honest,incorruptiblecollegemanagementsteam,andestablishanopen,fair,competitive,merit-based,efficientmanagementsystem.However,therestillexistsomeproblemsintheprocessofconductinghighereducationstaffsysteminourcountry,whichremaintobefurtherexploredandsolved.Thispaperisinconnectionwithourcountryhighereducationstaffsystemspresentimplementationsituation,whoseobjectofstudyisthehighereducationstaffsystemreform.ThispaperisbasedontheWuhanGSuniversityastheresearchobject,discussourcountryhighereducationstaffsystemreformproblem.Firstofall,thepaperanalyzedthehigherschooladministratorsandadministrativesystemexistencequestion,elaboratedourcountrycollegesanduniversitiestoimplementeducationstaffsystemreformsignificance.Secondly,introducesthetheoreticalsystemofeducationalstaffsystemincludingmaincontent,promotetheimplementationofstepaswellasthedomesticscholarsofexistingresearchresults.Then,analysedourcountrypilotcollegesanduniversitiestoimplementeducationstaffsystempresentsituation,andtoitsimplementationprocessproblems,difficultiesandthereasonsforthestudy.Onthisbasis,takingWuhanGScollegeeducationstaffsystemreformasanexample,analyzestheGSSchoolofWuhanadministrativestaffcharacteristics,determinedtheeducationalstaffsystemreforminpersonnelappointmentscopeandclassification,focusingonthepostsetting,responsibilitiesandqualifications,appointment,evaluationandtreatment,dismissalandresignationsofspecificimplementationsteps,andtheimplementingeffectandexistenceproblemtoundertakethoroughanalysis.Finally,ontheresearchcontentsofthispaperaresummarized,pointingoutfurtherissuestobediscussed.Keywords:ThesystemofeducationalstaffP
