Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the application of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method in enterprise staff performance evaluation. In the numerical example, firstly, the performance evaluation index system is designed, and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established. Finally, the model is used to evaluate the performance of employees scientifically and objectively. The fuzzy mathematics theory provides a quantifiable method for employee performance evaluation.
