AbstractAfter establishing the Interrogation synchronous recording system, people pay much attention to it because it has the function of Investigation supervision, assurance of human rights and fixed evidence. It was leaded into the duty crime investigation in China in 2005. With the rapid growing of it, we can easily find the problems in the procedure of making Synchronized audio video. In order to have a detailed understanding of the problems and to have a further study on them, the author made an investigation on some major cases of second instance data in a municipality during the first half of 2013. He found six problems in the procedure of making synchronous audio video. These problems are leaded by six factors. They are the understanding insufficiency of synchronized audio video recording system; the lack of necessary accountability mechanisms and operation specification; unknown scope; the low qualification and ability of the recorders and the lack of recording equipment guarantee. Combined with the foreign experience and the domestic juridical practice, we can improve it from four aspects. They are to strengthen the function of publicity; To improve the responsibility mechanism; to establish operating rules and to improve the production level of specialization.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the thesis is devided into three parts and there are sixteen thousand words.
