摘要汽车转向系统是汽车的一个重要组成部分，其生产制造水平也是衡量一个 国家汽车制造业水平的重要指标。液压助力转向器在左右转向时，通过利用液 压油在转向器内部的流动而形成液压差来达到的助力效果。液压助力转向器中 扭杆和短轴的锁定销加工十分关键，这个部分的良好加工与否直接关系到驾驶 人员利用此液压助力特性转向时，能否准确实现其驾驶意图，保证车辆能按直 线行驶和左右相同助力转向等一系列关键指标。这不仅关系到汽车稳定、安全 行驶的基本保证，同时更涉及到人的财产生命安全。本文针对湖北某方向机公 司扭杆销加工缺陷设计一台可实现自动化找正、钻孔、铰孔、压销及复测的一 体化打销机，具体完成以下工作：1.叙述液压助力转向器基本构造并阐述其工作原理，分析湖北某方向机公 司在扭杆销孔打销的方法上的缺陷以及产生较高废品率的原因。2.针对其生产线上的实际情况及其加工缺陷，设计完成满足其加工需求的 自动化打销机总体方案。3.完成自动化打销机的机构设计，包括总体布局设计、夹具机构设计、找 正机构设计及打销机构设计。4.根据液压助力转向器工作特点设计液压夹紧原理、检测找正原理及打销 控制系统的硬件及软件的总体设计。关键词：液压转向器，打销，自动找正，液压夹紧IAbstractAutomotive steering system is an important part of a car. Its manufacturing level is an important index of auto manufacturing level of a country. When hydraulic power steering gear around, it uses hydraulic oil in internal flow and hydraulic steering gear to reach the effect of power. Torsion bar and a short shaft in hydraulic power steering locking pin processing is critical. Whether this part of the processing is good or not is directly related to a series of key indicators such as accurate achieving of its driving intention, ensuring that the vehicle will be effected according to the straight when using of the hydraulic power steering. This is not only related to vehicle stability and the basic guarantee of safety, but also involved the persons property safety. This paper designs a reiteration of integration of pin machine which can realize automatic alignment, drilling, reaming, pressure pin ,aimed at torsion bar pin processing defects of a direction machine company in Hubei. It completes thefollowing concrete work：Hydraulic power steering gear basic structure and its working principle, analyzing the direction of Hubei the direction machine company of Hubei in torsion bar pin hole of pin methodological flaws and the reasons for high reject rate.Designing the automatic pin machine overall scheme to meet the processing requirements according to the actual situation of the production line and its defects.Completing the mechanism design of autom
