AbstractWiththedevelopmentofwirelesscommunicationtechnology,wirelessapplicationenvironmentismovingtofastertransferrates,highertransmissionqualityandmulti-standardcommunicationprotocols.High-speedA/Dconverteristhemostcriticalcomponentofthemulti-standardwirelessterminaldeviceandhaslargeimpactontheoverallfunctionofthecommunicationsystem,soitsresearchhaslongbeenthehotanddifficultresearchcontentinbothChinaandabroad.Thisthesisdescribesalow-powerconfigurablepipelinedA/Dconvertersuitableformulti-standardwirelessapplicationsenvironment.Thefront-endoftheA/Dconverterisremovedwithoutsample-and-holdcircuit(SHA-lessstructure),togetherwiththedynamiclatchedcomparatorinsub-A/Dconverter,whichgreatlyreducethepowerconsumptionandareaoftheA/Dconverter.TomeettheerrorrequirementoftheSHA-lessstructureandthedynamiclatchedcomparator,classic1.5bit-stagestructureisapplied.Finally,fortheuseofmulti-standardwirelessapplicationenvironment,theA/Dconverterhasthreeconfigurabledesign,includingthefunctionofadaptivepowerconsumptionproportionaltofrequency,SPIprogrammableop-ampandtheeightoperatingmode.BasedonSMIC0.18μm1.8V1P6MCMOSprocess,theoverallsimulationresultsshowthatfor10-bitresolution,A/DconvertersSNRis57.31dB,SFDRis60.59dB,ENOBis8.95Bits,for12resolution,SNRis61.31dB,SFDRis58.63dB,ENOBis9.45Bits,whichreadilymeettheperformancerequirementsofthehighandlowresolutionmode;thefirstlevelMDACsimulationshowsthat:withthetuningofSPIprogrammableopamp,dynamicperformanceparameter(SNDR)ofsingle-stageMDACraisesapproximately10dB;thesimulationoffrequencyadaptivefunctionshowsthattheadaptiverangeoftheA/Dconvertercanbeconfiguredfrom10Mto100M,whiletheperformanceparametersremainvirtuallyunchanged,theA/Dconverter’spowerconsumptionis14mWto135mW,achievingtheaimofthepowerconsumptionproportionaltofrequency.Keywords：PipelineA/DConverterResolutionReconfigurablePowerScalableSHA-lessCMOS目录第一章引言.............................................................................................................12.3.1信号通路的匹配性设计...............
