浅析餐饮企业的个性化服务 摘 要： 随着市场经济的发展，我国餐饮市场经济也得到了快速发展和变化。顾客对餐饮服务的要求变得越来越高，越来越挑剔。餐饮企业想要在经济市场中占据有利地位，就必须要使企业在日益激烈的竞争中脱颖而出。为了满足不同类型顾客的服务需求，本文通过大量文献资料对多个餐饮企业的个性化服务内容和特征进行研究。本文还通过案例对餐饮企业的个性化服务优点、缺点进行说明和分析，并提出适当的建议，例如餐饮企业的内部装饰问题、设备个性化问题。本文还通过研究顾客资料对企业内部管理个性化策略进行研究，有利于完善企业个性化服务。 关键词：企业；个性化；服务 Abstract : With the development of market economy, China#39;s catering market economy has been rapid development and change. Customer demand for food service is getting higher and higher, more and more critical. Catering enterprises want to occupy a favorable position in the economic market, it is necessary to enable enterprises in the increasingly fierce competition in the fore. In order to meet the needs of different types of customer service, this paper through a large number of literature on the content and characteristics of personalized services for a number of catering enterprises. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the personalized service of catering enterprises are explained and analyzed, and some suggestions are put forward.
