Ⅰ期非小细胞肺癌淋巴结中肺特异性蛋白XmRNA表达与微转移及预后的相关性研究英文摘要Correlationbetweenlungspecific XproteinmRNAas a micrometastasismarkerinlymphnodes andthe prognosis ofpatients withstageI non-smallcelllung cancerAbstractObjective:WeaimatstudyingtheexpressionoflungspecificXproteinmRNAasa micrometastasis markerinN1andN2lymphnodesusingreal-timequantitative polymerasechainreaction (RT-PCR),and analyzingthecorrelationbetween LUNXmRNA inlymphnodes andtheprognosis ofpatients with stageInon-smallcelllungcancer.Methods:OnehundredandsixtypatientswithpathologicallystageIwhoaccepted completelysurgicallungresectionandlymphnodesdissectionwereselectedfrom 2005-2010.LUNXmRNAwasdetectedasamicrometastasismarkerinthetumor,hilar (N1)lymphnodesandsubcarinal(N2)lymphnodesusingreal-timequantitativePCRin 160patientswithpathologicallystageINSCLC.Thecorrelationbetweentumorsizes, pathologicalstage,prognosisandtheexpressionofLUNXmRNAinN1andN2lymph nodes was analyzed.Results:LUNXmRNAwerefoundinallthetumortissuein160patients,whileno LUNXmRNAexpressionwasfoundinlymphnodesoftenpatientswithbenigndisease.
