浅析工程审计中存在问题与对策 　　摘要：建设工程普遍存在高估算，损失浪费、虚列工程成本、超概算超工费等问题，如何加强建设资金管理，提高企业社会效益和经济效益就成为我们必须面对的问题，针对工程审计中存在的问题及容易发生问题的环节，提出采取多管齐下，综合治理的措施，建立教育、防范、监督、查处的监管体系。 　　关键词：工程审计；竣工结算；问题与对策 　　Abstract: The construction project has the problem of high estimates of construction projects, losses and waste, falsifying cost of the project over budget, ultra-workers fees and so on, how to strengthen the management of construction funds, and improve social and economic benefits were the problems that we must faced. 　　Key words: engineering audit; the completion of settlement; problems and countermeasures
