IS高等体育院校教学质量管理中应用 　　摘要:阐述了高等体育院校教学质量管理中应用ISO9000:2000的必要性,并就建立和实施高等体育院校教学质量管理体系的方法、程序及内容进行了研究。结果表明:质量手册、程序文件及操作文件是构成高等体育院校教学质量管理体系文件的主要内容,高等体育院校质量管理中引入ISO9000:2000的管理思想、原则和方法,按照标准的要求建立较完善的体育教学质量管理体系及体系文件,开展内部体育教学质量审核和外部的体育教育评估,是提高高等体育院校教学质量及其管理水平的一种有效的途径。 　　关键词:ISO9000:2000标准体系;高等体育院校;体育教学质量管理体系 　　中图分类号:G807文献标识码:A文章编号:1006-7116(2009)08-0075-03 　　 　　Application of ISO9000:2000 in physical education college teaching quality control 　　YANG Xiao-shi 　　(Department of Physical Education,Henan University of Technology,Zhengzhou 450007,China) 　　 　　Abstract: The author expiated on the necessity to apply ISO9000:2000 in physical education college teaching quality control, studied the methods, procedures and contents for establishing and implementing a physical education college teaching quality control system, and revealed the following findings: Quality Manual, procedure documents and operating documents are the main contents to form physical education college teaching quality control system documents; introducing the management ideas, principles and methods of ISO9000:2000 into physical education college teaching quality control, establishing a relatively completed physical education teaching quality control system according to the requirements of the standards, and carrying out internal physical education teaching quality audit and external physical education evaluation, is an effective way to enhance physical education college teaching quality and their management performance. 　　Key words: ISO9000:2000;physical education college;physical education teaching quality control 　　 　　ISO9000:2000是国际标准化组织颁布的世界通用的质量管理和质量保证的标准,凝聚了世界各国企业质量管理的精华。其主要的管理思想和管理方法也适用于高等体育院校的体育教学、体育科研等的管理。借鉴ISO9000:2000质量管理体系标准,依据高等体育院校教育管理的实际情况,建???科学化的高等体育院校体育教学质量管理体系,有利于提升高等体育院校体育教学质量。 　　 　　1高等体育院校教学质量管理引入ISO9000:2000标准的必要性 　　 　　1.1建立文件化的质量管理体系是提高高等体育院校教学质量的保证 　　目前,大多数高等体育院校的教学质量管理比较松散,管理者的随意性比较大,管理效率不高。ISO9000:2000指出,组织应按标准的要求建立质量管理体系,形成文件,加以实施和保持,并持续改进其有效性[1]。引进ISO9000:200
