两种三联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃病疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的 评价两种三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃病的疗效。方法 136例幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃病患者，其中消化性溃疡85例、慢性胃炎51例。消化性溃疡患者随机分为奥美拉唑组(42例)和枸橼酸铋钾组(43例)，慢性胃炎患者随机分为奥美拉唑组(26例)和枸橼酸铋钾组(25例)。消化性溃疡患者给予三联治疗1周后分别予奥美拉唑和枸橼酸铋钾治疗6周、慢性胃炎给予三联治疗1周，疗程结束4周后复查胃镜,观察幽门螺杆菌(HP)根除率、溃疡愈合率。结果 消化性溃疡患者奥美拉唑组与枸橼酸铋钾组HP根除率分别为95．2%和93．0%，差异无显著性(P0．05)；溃疡愈合率分别为95．2%和48．8%,差异有显著性(P0．05)。结论 奥美拉唑方案治疗HP阳性的消化性溃疡疗效显著，枸橼酸铋钾方案治疗HP阳性胃炎疗效肯定而价廉。? 　　【关键词】消化性溃疡；慢性胃炎；幽门螺杆菌 　　 　　A analysis on the effect of two kinds of triple therapies in gastropathy relevant to Helicobacter pylori 　　 　　BU Xiang-yin.Occupational disease Hospital of Taan city Shandong 271000,China 　　? 　　【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of two kinds of triple therapies in gastropathy relevant to Helicobacter pylori.Methods 136 patients with gastropathy relevant to Helicobacter pylori,included peptic ulcer 85 cases and chronic gastritis51 cases.Peptic ulcer patients were assigned to 2 groups randomly：the Omerazole group with 42 cases and the CBS group with 43 cases,Chronic gastritis patients were also assigned to 2 groups at random：the Omerazole group with 26 cases and the CBS group with 25 cases.After one week of triple therapy for Peptic ulcer patients,treated with Omerazole and CBS for 6 weeks,Chronic gastritis received triple therapies for one week.After stopped therapy 4 weeks,every patient was rechecked with gastroscope in order to observe the Hp removing rate and ulcer cure rate.Results For the peptic ulcer patients,The HP removing rate of the Omerazole group and the CBS group were 95．2%and 93．0%respectively,there was no diffierence between them(P0．05),The ulcer cure ratio of two groups were 95．2%and 48．8%respectively,with marked difference(P0．05).Conclusion The Omerazole plans to treat peptic ulcer patients with postive HP has marked effect,Howeverthe CBSplans to treat gastritic patients with postive HP has the positive curative effect and the cheaper cost.? 　　【Key words】Peptic ulcer；Chronic gastritis；Helicobacter pylori(HP) 　　 　　研究表明幽门螺旋杆
