丹红注射液毒理学研究 　　【摘要】 目的 观察丹红（倍通）注射液的急慢性毒性，对其进行安全性评价。方法 小鼠连续7 d静脉给药，测定药物的半数致死量（LD50）。大鼠连续给药90 d后，处死大部动物，取血，做血常规、血液生化指标测定，取主要脏器称重进行病理学检查。余下大鼠在停药继续喂养2周后，处死进行病理组织学检查。结果 小鼠LD50为39．5 ml /kg。各实验组大鼠在体质量增加、器官系数、血常规、血液生化指标上基本相似，与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。主要脏器的病理组织学检查未见明显异常。结论 急慢性毒性实验的结果表明该药安全可靠。 　　【关键词】 丹红（倍通）注射液；LD50；毒理研究 　　 　　The toxicological study of DanhongWANG Bao-zhong,CAO Mao-rong,ZHOU Wei-hong,et al．The Wujing Gereral Hospital of Helong Jiang Province, 150000 China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the acute and chronic toxicity of danhong and evaluate its safety．Methods Mouses were gavargedwith danhongonce a day for seven days．The LD50 was calculated according to the observed dead and alive conditions．Rats were continuously gavarged with danhong for 90 days．After that most of the rats were sacrificed．Blood samples were collected to check conventional blood parameters，plasmic biochemical indicators，and the main organs were collected for pathological determination after weighing．The remained animals were sacrificed two weeks later，and the main organs were pathologically checked to determine the retarted toxicity．Results The LD50 of danhong was 79．87g/kg．Compared with control group (treated with saline),different dosages of danhongdidn′t cause any significant change in body weight gaining，weight ratios，hematology indexes and plasmic biochemical indicators of rats．The main organs didn′t show any abnormarlity in all the histopathologic examinations．Conclusion The results of acute and chronic toxicological studies show us that the application of danhong is safe and reliable．It can be applied to long term clinical usage． 　　【Key words】 Danhong inject is;Toxicological study;LD50 　　 　　丹红注射液是由丹参、红花中提取的有效成分精制而成，具有调节血管张力，改善脏器血液循环的作用。为了解其安全性,为临床用药提供依据,我们进行了小鼠急性毒性及大鼠长期???性观察。 　　 　　1 材料与方法 　　 　　1．1 药物 丹红（倍通）注射液： 10 ml/支，由步长制药有限公司提供，批号： 　　1．2 动物 昆明种小白鼠，由黑龙江省肿瘤研究所动物饲养室提供，合格证为医动字9-2-4号。Wistar大白鼠，由黑龙江省肿瘤研究所动物饲养室提供，合格证为医动字09-2-1号。 　　1．3 仪器 全自动生化分析仪,日本日立7170。 　　1．4
