妊娠期高血压疾病预测与干预治疗 　　摘要： 目的：探讨预测妊娠期高血压疾病及对高危人群的干预治疗方法。方法：对420例血管参数 阳性的孕妇进行血液流变检测，阳性者分组进行干预治疗，以观察妊娠期高血压疾病的发生 情况。结果：420例血管参数阳性孕妇发生妊娠期高血压疾病29例(6.90%)；血液流变阳性19 5例，发生妊娠期高血压疾病24例(12．31％)；干预治疗126例，发生妊娠期高血压疾病4例 (3．17％)。结论：血管参数联合血液流变检测能提高预测妊娠期高血压疾病的准确性，对 高危人群进行管理和干预治疗可降低妊娠期高血压疾病的发病数。 　　关键词：妊娠期高血压疾病;血管参数;血液流变;预测；干预治疗 　　中图分类号： R714.246 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 1008-2409(2008)05-0910-03 　　 　　Reference values with hemorheology predict the hypertensive disorderco mplicating pregnancy/HUANG Lin, ZHONG Nai-hui , XIA Hong-wei, et al.∥Guangxi Women and Children Health Hospital,Nanning 530003, China 　　Abstract: Objective:To explore the better way to predict the hypertensive disorderc omplicating p regnancy and interveningly treat the high-risk pregancy. Methods:The hemorheology of the pregnant women, whose detectional results of reference va l ues waspositive were detected. Then we intervented the pregnant women, whoseresults of hem orheology was positive. Results:We detected 29 cases of the hypertensive disord e r complicating pregnancyamong 420 cases of the pregnant women, whose detection al results of reference values waspositive(6.90%) and detected 24 cases of the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancyamong 195 cases of the pregnant wo men, whose detectional results of hemorheology waspositive(12.31%).The pregnan t women,whose results of hemorheology andreference valueswere all positive, showed that there were only 4 cases of the hypertensive disor dercomp licating pregnancy(3.17%).Conclusion: Reference values with hemorheology can imp rovethe predictability of the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
