居民对社区卫生服务需求及前景分析 　　【中图分类号】R395.6【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-3783（2010）12-0143-03 　　【摘要】目的：了解平凉市居民对社区卫生服务的需求，并对社区卫生服务前景进行分析。 方法：采用分层随机抽样方法，对平凉市崆峒区8个社区的居民进行面对面入户问卷调查，并做统计分析。结果：84.7%的居民认为自己对社区卫生服务的需求源于政府关注并提供相应的经济补偿；30.5%的居民需要通过宣传认识社区，了解社区卫生服务；77.8%的居民认为把社区卫生服务纳入医保是应该的；56.2%的居民提出对社区卫生服务安全有效的需求。结论：平凉市居民社区卫生服务医疗保障机制正在完善；居民对社区卫生服务的需求主要为政府关注并提供相应的经济补偿；定期走向社区，为居民多做宣传；对社区卫生机构服务人员加强全科医学培训；提供安全有效的服务等；居民对发展社区卫生服务前景表示乐观，同时反映出政府投入不足，受经济条件和思想观念制约等问题。 　　【关键词】居民；社区卫生服务；需求；前景 　　【Abstract】Objective：To learn community health service needs of Pingliang residents and analyze the possible prospects of community health services. Methods：With a stratified random sampling method, we carried out a face-to-face questionnaire survey to residents of 8 Kongtong community in Pingliang and made a statistical analysis of it.Results：84.7% of the residents think their community health service needs depend on the government’s concern and appropriate financial compensation provided; 30.5% of the residents hold the opinion that their understanding of community health services is from the propaganda to a large extent; 77.8% of the residents argue that community health services should be brought into line with health insurance; 56.2% of residents think that community health services should be safer and more effective.Conclusion：Pingliang city community medical and health service security system is developing and being improved gradually; Community health service needs of the residents are mainly from government’s concern and financial compensation provided; The service staff are expected to visit the community regularly and publicize policies of community health services more; General medical training of the community health service staff should be enhanced， and safer and more effective health services are desired as well.
