心理干预对面部化学剥脱术患者焦虑和疼痛影响 　　[摘要]目的：评价心理干预对面部化学剥脱术患者焦虑和疼痛的影响。方法：将60例因面部雀斑需行面部化学剥脱术治疗的患者随机分为实验组与对照组各30例，将对照组30人进行常规护理，观察组30人在常规护理的基础上加心理干预。所有患者入院和出院时进行焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）测评，比较两组焦虑、抑郁情况，观察并记录患者术后疼痛情况。结果：两组患者入院时SAS与SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；心理干预后，患者在出院时观察组SAS、SDS评分与对照组比较存在显著性差异，观察组术后疼痛较对照组明显减轻。结论：心理干预可以降低患者对该手术的焦虑、抑郁、恐慌的程度，减轻面部化学剥脱患者的疼痛感。 　　[关键词]心理干预；面部化学剥脱术；焦虑；疼痛 　　[中图分类号]R473.5 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2011）10-1640-02 　　 　　Evaluation of psychological intervention on patients with facial chemical peels the impact of anxiety and pain 　　CHEN Li-mei,ZHOU Li-juan,YE Li-li,XU Cheng,ZHU Shu-yuan 　　(Plastic and Cosmetic Surgical Center,The117th Military Hospital, Hangzhou 310013,Zhejiang, China) 　　 　　Abstract:Objective To evaluate psychological intervention on patients with facial chemical peels the impact of anxiety and pain. Methods Sixty patients who were diagnosed freckle received facial chemical peels and were randomly divided into experimental group (30 cases) and control group （30 cases）. All of them were given coincident routine care, but the former group would be underwent psychological intervention before peeling. Self-Rate Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rate Depression Scale (SDS) were used for the evaluation both pre- and post- operation, which including anxiety, depression and pain. Results There was a markedly statistic difference between the two groups after peeling. Patients who underwent psychological intervention in the experimental group were obviously with decreased pain. But there was no difference before peeling. Conclusions Psychological intervention would decrease pain feeling in the patients with facial chemical peels. 　　Key words:psychological invention； facial chemical peels； anxiety； pain 　　 　　随着美容整形技术的不断发展和完善，越来越多的面部雀斑明显的患者希望通过面部化学剥脱术改善面部形象。面部化学剥脱术[1]是用化学药物制剂涂布于整张面部，操作时有局部疼痛不适、术后面部有肿胀、渗液和过敏等机体反应，面部痂皮脱落后有数月的恢复期，患者不同程度上存在对该手术的心理问题[2-3]，因此对患者的进行有效的心理干预，降低患者对该手术的焦虑、抑郁、恐慌的程度，减轻面部化学剥脱患者的疼痛感，使患者进入积极的心理状态已是不容忽视的护理问题，我科从2009年6月以来，对面部雀斑明显而想通过面部化学剥脱术
