南京邮电大学硕士研究生学位论文AbstractAbstractImprovingemployeeengagementanddevelopingstaff’spsychologicalcapitalhasbecomeoneofthemostimportantsourcesofraisingabetterlevelofperformanceandgainingapersistentcompetitiveadvantageforanorganization.Andmanagersarewakinguptogettingthispoint.Facingthetelecommarketopeningandtripleplaysuchnewmarketenvironmentwhichcausingtheintensificationofcompetitionamongcommunicationenterprisesinthefurniture,thepsychologicalfeelingsofemployeesarealsochanging.Thustherewillbedirectinfluencesontheperformanceoftheirworkandthewayenterprisestreatemployees,whichwilleventuallyaffectthewholeenterpriseperformanceandpursuitofthegoals.Asforcommunicationscompanies,itwillhaveasignificantimpactonenhancingtheperformanceoftheenterpriseiftimelyunderstandthepsychologicalstatesoftheemployees,taketheappropriateandreasonablemanagementways,toimproveemployeeengagementlevel.Thisarticletriestolookfortherelationshipbetweenpsychologicalcapitalandemployeeengagementthroughsurveyonpsychologicalcapitalandemployeeengagement,withpositivepsychologyandpositiveorganizationalbehaviorasthetheoreticalbasisforresearchandemployeeengagementforobjective.Onthebasisofthestudyofliteratures,theemployeesofcommunicationalenterprisesweretakenasthesubject,combinedwiththematurationoftheabroadstudyonthescaletoexplorepsychologicalcapitalalldimensionsonemployeeengagementinalldimensionsofinfluence,andproposedstudyassumptions.SPSS17.0statisticalsoftwarewasusedinthispapertogiveanempiricalanalysisofthesurveydataofcommunicationenterprisestaffs,withfactoranalysis,correlationanalysis,regressionanalysisandothermethods,andvalidatedassumptionsandmodelsforresearchproposed.Duringtheprocess,itdividedpsychologicalcapitalintoself-efficacy,hope,optimismandtenacitywhileseparatedemployeeengagementintovigor,dedicationandabsorption.Itvalidatedfromtheanalysisresultthatleachdimensionofpsychologicalcapitahasasignificantpositivecorrelationforeachdimensionofemployeeengagement,andbyimprovingthestaffspsychologicalcapitalitcanincreaseempl
