AbstractAstheimportantoldindustrialbaseinChina，LiaoningprovinceistheimplementationofrejuvenatingnortheastoldindustrialbaseofNortheastregionandBohairimregionalcooperationstrategyimportantprovinces.Inrecentyears,asthestrategyofrejuvenatingnortheastChinaandotheroldindustrialbasesofcarryingout,thenortheastthreeprovinceseconomicgrowthbegantoaccelerateandreducegraduallywiththedevelopmentofthenationalgap.Asthecoreregionofthenortheastregionseconomicdevelopment,Liaoningprovinceisfacedwithunprecedentedopportunitiesfordevelopment.Listedcompaniesasthemainforceofdrivingthedevelopmentofregionaleconomy,developmentandexpansionofitonthelocaleconomysustained,rapidandhealthydevelopmenthasplayedamajorrole.Paperslisted53companiesinLiaoningprovincein2012assamples,choosing12indexesoffinance,usingthefactoranalysismethodtoestablishperformanceevaluationsystemisanalyzed.Studieshaveshownthat,forlistedcompaniesinLiaoningprovince,althoughdebtcompensationfactorhasthebiggestvariancecontributionrateandisoneofthebiggestinfluencesontheperformanceofthecompany.Butoveralltherelativelybalancedfactorabilityandthegapbetweeneachotherisnotbig.So,companiesatthesametimeintheabilitytopayattentiontothedebtrepayment,necessarytopayattentiontooperationability,growthabilityandprofitability.Onthebasisoftheabilitytocoordinateinahard,accordingtotheindustrycharacteristicsandtheactualsituationofthecompany,toimprovetheabilityofindividualfactorofsome,inthiswaycancompanyfastdevelopingsmoothly.Basedontheaboveresearchconclusion,connectingwiththesituationofLiaoningprovince,putforwardtheSuggestionsfortheimprovementofperformanceoflistedcompaniesinLiaoningprovince:Coordinatethecompanysoperatingability,developmentability,profitability;Onthebasisoftheabilitytocoordinatetopromoteandfocusonimprovetheprofessionalabilityofthecompany.HopethatthisarticlestudieshowtoimprovetheperformanceoflistedcompaniesinLiaoningprovincetoprovidecertainreferencevalue.Keywords:thelistedcompany;Performance;Factoranalysismethod;Liaoningprovince目录摘要.........
