AbstractSincethemid-1990stothepresent,therelativeemploymentofcollegestudentswhopreviouslyundergoneafundamentalchange:theoriginalisassignedbythestate,andnowconvertedtotheirownjobs.Everyyearmillionsofuniversitygraduatestroopsoccupymostofthejobmarket,however,becausethisgroupisatemporaryshortageofexperienceandcontactsinthecommunityresources,thuscausingtherelativedifficultyoftheiremployment.Mostcurrentemploymentsiteisintendedforallemployed,tailoredspecificallyforcollegestudentsisrelativelyuncommon,studentsintheuseofnetjobemployment,theirindividualcareerneedsdifficulttoachieve.So,howtobetteremploymentissuestocollegestudentsandbusinessrecruitmentdifficulties,highcost,tobuildadedicatedinformationcorrespondingwiththeneedsoftheservicemodelisimminent.ThisarticlewillemploymentinformationnetworkserviceontherelatedtheoriesandresearchGraduateEmploymentNetworkInformationService,concludedthatstudentsemploymentinformationnetworkinformationservicesinexistingshortboard;then,basedonthestudyoftheextentoftheimpactofcustomersobtainedinsatisfactionofsomeserviceelementsfurtherrefiningthesatisfactionofthefivedimensionsofservicequalitymeasurement,questionnairedesign,thesubstantivecontentofcollegestudentscometothesiteinformation,user-friendlynavigation,usability,responsivenessandsecurityandotheraspectsofperceptionofsatisfaction,clearlypointedoutthatthemostcriticalfactorinstudentsemploymentinformationnetworkinformationserviceprocessshouldhave,andthenbuildawebsitedesignedtorespondtotheinformationservicemodel.Keywords:CustomerSatisfaction;GraduateEmployment;Userneedsanalysisl;InformationServiceModel目录1绪论............................................................................................................................11.1研究背景和选题意义.....................................................................................11.2国内外研究现状.............................................................................................11.2.1国内外用户满意度研究综述.........................................................
