THE RESEARCHING OF COOPERATIVE EVOLUTION OF SATELLITE-BASED INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS BASED ON THE KNOWLEDGE CHAIN—— WITH THE INDUSTRY OF COMMUNICATION MANUFACTURING AS A EXAMPLEABSTRACTSince the 21st century, the world economy are gradually entering the era of knowledge economy from natural economy and social economy, knowledge and technology began to show the importance in economic development. Strengthening knowledge production, speeding up the integration of knowledge innovation, improving the efficiency of knowledge transfer has become an important means of enhancing competitiveness to the business, region and state. However, with the detailed division of labors, the model of knowledge innovation has become from independent innovation to Cooperative innovation and Collaborative innovation, knowledge of collaborative innovation has become the theme of the times. In this historical background, it’s significant to study collaborative innovation in the knowledge chain. This paper selects a satellite-based industrial cluster to study, and it will discuss in the following aspects:First, the main focus of the paper are the sbjects concept and the basis of the theory, summarizing the concept of the knowledge chain, knowledge chain model, cluster classification and satellite-based industry cluster, analyzing the researching situation of the domestic and international collaborative of the knowledge cluster, clarifying the scope of this study. At the same time, based on the theory of evolution in the industry cluster of chain collaboration, this paper proposes a theoretical framework and lay a solid theoretical foundation.Second, exploiting the theories of knowledge division and transaction costs and other related theories, analyzing the internal and external factors that forming the satellite-based chain of cluster.
